Background: From 1995 to 1998, Dr. Woods practiced small animal medicine full time and continues to practice part time in Arizona.  In 1998, Dr. Woods helped form QuestVision, Inc., a human ophthalmology company acquired by Advanced Medical Optics.  From 1998 to 2006, he held senior positions in project management, business development, and marketing and sales.  He has completed numerous licensing transactions and assisted in the development of various products for animal health.  Dr. Craig Woods has conducted research in genetics, toxicology and biochemistry and has published and lectured in the areas of biomaterials, biochemistry and disease modification.  

Based on the Animal Health Consulting model, Dr. Woods started two successful animal health companies; Imulan BioTherapeutics (www.IMULAN.com), a veterinary immunobiology company, and TR BioSurgical (www.trbio.com) a veterinary biomaterials company.
